Just my 2p worth but don't you park it in public car parks now as those cleaner lines will be gone when you get a ding on your door from the car's next to yours as it hits your bodywork when opened. Personally can't understand the need to remove these on a black vRS (Could have saved the money and got the classic trim level Fabia!) and they're easy to clean anyway.

Like the badge at the bottom of the door though, also IMHO you need to get some clear indicator bulbs - http://www.powerbulbs.co.uk do the Philips SilverVision ones.

Cant see the point in the rubbing strips myself. They arent the most prominant part of the door profile so any contact would be above the strip (unless it was a really low car)!

except for the position of the vRS badge. Think its better with the Skoda badge in the centre.

Your right Simon, i have a red mark on my door handle of all places.

Maffwilson, no not when i can help it which is most of the time, more worried about getting keyed to be honest, little dints are easy to fix, but key marks harder, obviously depending on the length... p.s. just looks nicer with strips removed!

Faboka vRS - strange but the rear badge looks funny in photo's and i easnt sure myself at first but it looks really good in real life... judgement reserved!

ooh, a classic with a VRS bumper...
