So who's up for this month? There was a very good turnout last month and it was warmer and lighter which was good for socialising outside! Loads of vRSs turned up as did a couple of new people.

Not sure if people want to eat but getting there at 7:30 should give plenty of time to grab some food.

currently waiting a repair date, but the guilty party has admitted liability

(well hitting a parked car in front of 20 witnesses gave him little choice!)

Working strange shifts at the moment, so not on here that much.

What was the damage like after you viewed it in daylight?

With the slight slope & the rear to front nature of things, he's just ridden up onto the bonnet.

The headlight is at a funny angle & the bumper needs replacing.

The back bumper has got a crease in it too, from where it got pushed back into that fence & post.

Still it's driveable meantime & it's going to be sorted,

I think I'd be slightly less chilled out if it had been one of the old-timers,

although, they're made from cast iron & bridge girders, so I guess the Golf would have imploded!

Although I guess he'd have seen the older cars, whereas, the Sport is made of anti-matter and therefore can not be seen!

The Sport did have it's cloaking device active, black car made of nothingness, undetectable by radar in a dark car park etc etc.
