If insurance didn't pay out, will it be a Cat D?

Misspell on my part. Insurance did payout, hence Cat D.

Off to go and look at this later today.

Auto Trader UK - AUDI A8 4.2 TDi Quattro SE Tip

74k on clock. 55 plate. Seems to have quite a few toys..

AS long as it has a full history, I'll get it RAC checked, and I think I may have it. Atleast it should not have any dubious history....

I'm sure you'll love this motor - I love the tinted windows it really finishes it.

The mileage shouldn't be a problem if it's been looked after properly, my A8 has only done 35K but you'd never tell it from new except for the number plate, I've seen well looked after examples with over 150K on the clock and still running like clockwork!

There is plenty of pulling power too, and if you want even more then it's cheap to "chip" the TDi's for even more torque and economy too :)

Lovely car, I've been watching in on autotrader myself, if you get it let me know how you get along.
