Keep a eye out on the board mate, all I can say is that it will be Fountain park in Edinburgh on the last friday of the month which will be 29th May 2009.

Davy

A few of us over the last few months have been making various trips to Kilmarnock to meet up with vRS Dovit and general consenus is that we should start either a monthly meet or every second meet.

Have noticed lately that there seems to be a lot more scottish members within ayrshire and Glasgow joining up and the Edinburgh lot don't seem to mind the travel through to meet up, so what do people think I'm in the frame of mind I don't mind travelling through each month so I would vote for a monthly event.

I'm not sure what other people think, so lets guage some opinions.

I'm not sure on names of retails park but Davie (vRS dovit) can advise of this or perhaps we can meet at the services at the roundabout at the junction of the M77 and A71.

I propose a monthly meet say last friday of the month.

What do people think?

Davy

I'd be up for a monthly meet, but maybe having it every 2nd month through in Kilmarnock.

For most of us, it's around a 165 mile round trip, and i dont mind it, but not every month.

And to be fair, as good a laugh as it is..there's not much to do in Killie, where as we seen to have the upper hand through here on places to go etc...

I'd go on an as, when and if I was in the Central Belt at the right time and didn't have other plans basis.

And to be fair, as good a laugh as it is..there's not much to do in Killie

Apart from pointing and laughing at the locals who obviously spend a lot of their time paddling in the shallow end of the gene pool:rofl:

Cant argue with that...shallow end...AND no armbands going by Fridays demonstration !!

Anyway, enough about Davy Dovit...that guy in the carpark was a bit daft too ! :D :D :D

Well I'm for killie every second month, with the next one being in June, I would not mind doing killie every month as the car hardly gets used at the moment now, but the next one for May will be edinburgh as some of the guys have said they would not mind travelling through and it might be easy for some of our fife members to come through to edinburgh as well.

v. good time - low 20s and sunny

No beer (am non-drinker), but the bratwurst, bockwurst, Thueringers, Knacker and another Sausage I don't remamber the name of were all good. And the Giant schnitzel really was giant

Can I still turn up in my pickup truck? :D
NO!!!!!!!!! :P :rofl::D

And why not? :(

I attended the cruise in Ayr in it this week (accidentally I should add, I was looking for the supermarket :o)

Leaf springs ftw! :D

lol Ayr?!?!!?!?!?!? D'OH!   its worse than sunny kilmarnock

I dunno ... I liked it that much I'm going back next week! You should come along and say Hi!

Ayr has a beach, Belle Aisle park and a racecourse; that way out-points a spirits bottling plant! ;)
