Lots of stone chips!! 06 Octy VRS Race Blue, looks great until you look really close at it.:(

Stone chips and a couple of Tesco dents.

I've also got a long scratch down the boot I suspect from one of SWMBO's rings. Frickin diamonds

My passenger side door sometimes fails to lock/unlock and the red flashing L.E.D on the drivers side door pin has stopped working completely.

Ive got the same thing with mine, believe its the central convenience unit.

On the exterior lots of stone chips that always look at me!

Back seats, the leather squeaks on cold days  Sounds like newly weds going at it hammer and tongs :D

Stonechips not a problem, as you cannot see them from the drivers seat :D

Sounds like newly weds going at it hammer and tongs

:rofl::rofl::rofl::D:rofl::rofl::rofl:

Oh yeah, Lots of stone chips but they are all converged either side of the grill on the blue bit of my bonnett between headlight and grill ... very annoying.... something will be done !!

I've also got a really annoying squeak from the rear left seat, if ever its being used it dissapears? The little symbol on my passenger side electric window switch has been pushed in and now I cant pull the window up unless I use the drivers side.... Must sort these out now you mention it.

A few hundred stone chips. But recently a crow was pecking the f*$k out of my front bumper, and to cap it all off someones cat decided to see how much friction my bonnet has. Result some nice scrathes....

WRT stonechips. I had a Mercato Blue VW Polo that chipped if you looked at the paint the wrong way. Race Blue is the same, made worse as they use white primer to make the flake stand out. The chips I do have are tiny, and look like wax residue/dust.

Strange thing is, my last VW Polo was Cornflower Blue, had it for 3.5 years, and it only had 3 stonechips.

If the VRS wasn't such a hoot to drive, I would be a bit miffed about the stonechips. Considering having the bonnet vynil wrapped in carbon fibre effect.

Stonechips again, but you can't avoid them, so hey ho :)

Other annoyances - oh yeah, it would be great if it could go quicker, while at the same time consuming less fuel :P

Stone chips are quite possibly the most annoying thing in the world had a lovely 02 reg focus in metropolis blue and it polished up with meguiars gold class a treat, problem was when I was polishing it close up get get rid of the swirl marks and those fog patches that fog and polish can leave there were thousands of tiny scratches and stone chips.

It's one of those things can really get a man or indeed women down. But I'm sure our sense of self satisfaction over Audi/VW drivers, due to our near identical driving dynamics for a fraction of the price makes up for our paintwork woes.

Annoying faults with my car are as follows of dear a list:

Scuff on glovebox.

Hole in centre console where some muppet had a handsfree kit.

I need to lock my doors thrice for the safe red led to start flashing

the central locking modules on the passenger side doors give "implausible signal" yet no water damage is evident and the wiring is perfect.

Some mupper broke the trim down by the door that keeps the carpet down trying to install rear speakers.

Butchered parcel shelf from the same muppets 6x9s

My steering wheel isn't straight when driving in a straight line.

Etc Etc.

We all are perfectionists I guess

Engine is too weak...

Yeah.......................

It won't cook me breakfast

It won't fit in my pocket

and after a hard day in the office it never brings me a G&T on ice with a copy of the Telegraph :P

Two little dents in the front left wing and the panel gaps between that and the bonnet and that and the bumper are too big.

Drives me nuts.

My Fabia and vRS badge has been stuck on in the wrong place, it's next to the numberplate, not next to the Skoda badge. I hate washing cars, it shows up every scratch, stone chip, dent and rust rust patch on it, it's very depressing. :(

Oh, and Black paint, it looks good when freshly washed and polished, but does not take long to look mucky again. My mothers Silver Furby does not show the muck at all. :rotz:
