Heated front seats anyone?

Featured Replies

Does anyone find these useful? I've never found car seats cold. When I switch the seat heater on, it feels like I've wet myself (or so I would imagine :o). The only use I can find for heated seats is for surprising new passengers.

In Winter - they're superb.. nice on the old lumbar region.. great stuff. Not to everyones liking but I think they're fantastic on a cold frosty morning..

That's what my mate did to me! Very strange, having a warm back and bum!

After sitting in the leather seats in my Octy vRS the other morning I started to wonder if I should have gone for them - bit chilly, but I stopped noticing it after a few seconds.

A nice warm botty...oh yes please. I find it useful when I leave for work in the mornings...05.30am  works a treat!

Just wait until those freezing winter mornings when everyone is scraping ice of the car. Nothing better than dropping in a nice warm seat.

Ah, but by the time i've cleared the ice off, the heater has warmed the car up anyway, thus making heated seats pretty pointless ;)

Don't need them, don't want them. Just something else to go wrong further down the line IMHO :)

Really like mine and as others have said, great to take the chill off before the heaters are up to temperature

IMHO, reasonably important if you have leather seats, but quite pointless with fabric seats unless you live within the Arctic Circle. :)

Worth having - especially on the tdi as it can take ages to warm up in the winter!
