Hi everyone,

I've been a Fabia owner for just 9 months, a customer of Alan, Brooklyn Skoda Rugby. Though I live near Banbury in Oxforshire, the professional attitude shown during all my dealings with the staff there made the relatively long journey well worth while, and it is my sincere hope that the news about that dealership I've picked up on recently online is incorrect, and that despite my inability to make telephone contact with them, all is still well there. If anyone has any news about them I'd like to be informed.

Thanks everyone for the welcome notes, much appreciated, and, sadly, thanks Addis for the confirmation about the dealership closure.

If anyone knows any of the ex-staff from Brooklyn Rugby please pass on my sympathy and thanks for all their hard-work. They didn't deserve this result, Poor reward indeed!

Thankyou for the welcome and the link Addis, info much appreciated, but I'm very saddened by the news. They were a great team in Rugby, and unfortunately, in a class of their own when it came to customer-service.

My Fabia is still within warranty, but bearing in mind the general comments about other dealerships in the area, don't know where to go now. Living so far from Rugby, I only went there for the service provided, so I guess I'll have to check the dealerships closer to home - If I can find one!
