I love the smoothing of the front bumper, very sexy.

Loving it!

Yip its a standard focus st intercooler. Good size, fits tight between the bottom of the bumper and the crash bar, fills the recess perfect. Got it off my mate for cheapness, mad ethe pipes up myself. No chopping required with the smoothed bumper  The wheels are awesome, coilovers are as low as they can go, adjusters out and theres only the odd scrub with 35 and 25mm adaptors.

I have to agree this Fabia is sweeeet!

Bet your glad I told you to enter it at Gtinters hey Bennet? Or should that be Craaaaig David!

Haha!

Great looking fabia, loving the porkas

I like this alot.

Good work mate. I've been wanting to sort the front bumper out on mine for ages, but didn't know how it would look. I like!

Could you give some details on how it was done, or who by and the cost (if you don't mind)?

Yea mate was mega chuffed. lol. Shame it wasnt much of a turnout with the skuds! Still not spied any pics of craig david at gti, dissapointing!

The bumper was a standard bumper, and its a fibreglass skind made up and fitted to the bumper. Could have a mould made off it but to be honest i would rather keep it a one off, so its something different.

Bennett

Would the replacement intercooler fit to a car with an ordinary bumper ?

  • Author

I doubt it would fit with a standard bumper to be honest. I never tried to make it fit with a standard bumper right enough but the way i have ran the pipes behind the intercooler, with it sitting right tight up to the front of the bumper would make me think you would struggle to get it past the fog lights etc.

Hay mate really nice car you going to the VAG meet this weekend at Saltcoats would love to see this car in person so to speak. One question tho how the heck did you get the standard aerial off i cant get mine off at all just keeps turning!!

does it unscrew so far then just keep turning?

if so you should be able to tilt it down onto the roof, if thats the case once youve unscrewed it just yank it off, hard. its ballended.

You know what i think....

I love it secretly. :o
