Whats the specification on the standard battery for the VRs?

Just need the power ratings not the actual sizes.

Does anyone know, in a stripped out car with only the basic electrics (lights and windows) do you just need a battery which will match up to the cranking rate? As most lightweight batteries have a low Ah rating :confused:

Even in a stripped out car the diesel lump still takes a few amps to start
