But just incase you cant be bothered...

I'm about to change my Octy speakers.

Nothing fancy, but opting for

Front - Alpine SXE-1750s

Rear - Alpine SXE-1325s

if you go aftermarket and dont amp them buy cheap ones with LOW rms that are designed as direct replacements.

If you are willing to amp them spend a bit more and get better components, you will be happier with option B

Ive just bought these speakers, the connectors on the speakers are different to standard though, what did you do to fix it??

For mine, I cut off the old connector, thrimmed back the cable, tinned the wire with some solder, put some heat shrink tubing in place and soldered the wire direct to the speaker, placed the heat shrink tubing over the connection and shrunk it into place....
