No not yet thought that it might stink a bit buying it 2 weeks early lmao:rofl:

not sure what bump means, think it is a forum term for any more takers?

Davy

Bump = to bring attention to a thread by sending it back to the top of the list, usually by posting the word BUMP ;)

So I guess there aren't any more takers :D

Ok people, myself, Skodaboy and Mudpuppy has a get together tonight and have came up with some routes for driving on the camping trip.

Also as we will be passing on day 1 we also thought it would be good to get a wee break and visit this place Visit Cruachan.

Routes are attached below, for the 2nd day those of you from south of the border would probably be best taking the A9 at Gleneagles and heading for the M74 South.

nokiauk, I think it might be easier to carry on the entire route towards the A90, get on the A199, the A71, and then join M74. As it only adds 13miles to the journey home

What ever suits best Chris, just didn't think you'd want to come all the way to Edinburgh before heading West/South thats all.

Edinburgh is a very good city to visit, been once before, albiet a few years ago

Indeed Edinburgh is a nice city shame about the tram works through!

Thanks to Stuart for planning the routes Skodagirl1985 will be phoning the camp site tomorrow to confirm final numbers and discounts!

davy

Just to say Hannah will be phoning campsite this afternoon to confirm numbers.

Ok folks, the camping has been booked, I will speak to Skodagirl1985 later today and get the details and stick them up here for you.

Just to let you know we will be bringing a proper BBQ to cook on and also to keep us warm instead of the usual barbies!

Sorry all, but I'm going to have to cancel this one (even though I have the time booked off, and swmbo's mum will be here that weekend!) I'm just too skint, sadly can't even afford the fuel to get up there :(

Sorry to dissapoint. :( :thumbdwn:

sorry to hear you can't make it sharkrider:( was looking forward to a few red wines and whisky lol i'm sure there will be the usual photos of the madness to give you a laugh:rofl:
