I think you would have been better off with a nice diesel engined car though. You know better MPG and it would go better up hills or something.

i'm looking around for a vr6 engine at the moment,i know it will destroy the handling on a mk2 but its that noise!!!!!!!!

Well... yeah... but the 20v isn't all that lighter, what with all the ancillaries.

As I've said, £1500 gets you a bolt on kit for 250bhp :)
