Does anyone here have a set of R32 brakes running on their mk1 Octavia? I need to ask a few questions.

we tried putting the brakes on...carriers & calipers bolt on no problems. Once we took the calipers off to fit the discs, they wouldn't fit over the discs properly...when put on, the bolt holes are about 3-4mm off. When the caliper is angled and bots are put on (not tight) the caliper is touching the disc itself..

I've been advised to get 3-4mm skimmed off the brake discs, but I'm not really happy to do that.

What size discs have you got then? Sounds odd....
