I got the radiator 3.30pm to day will fit Thursday in between the rain just a question if i do away with the air con IE take the pump off what is needed a smaller belt and a tensioner some ware

my wife never uses the air con and the rad will go in easily with the air con pump out

Oh and the radiator cost more than i was quoted it was £56.35:P

are you sure its not just condensation due to the colder weather, white exhaust fumes would suggest headgasket failure

:+1:and look for white foam on the engine oil filler cap, and if you are really unlucky oily scum on the top of the water in the expansion bottle. The water coming out the back is almost certainly just condensation from the pipe and cat. Get a compression test if you are really worried, don't take the head off just yet.
