Help identify a film please.....

Saw a trailer for a film, on 'Knowing' dvd, can't remember what it was called.

Haven't got much to go on, was set in a futuristic city, loads of massive skyscrapers

a bit like 'Dark City'. A girl was a central character and a creepy bloke in a funny

mask that looked like a baseball, with big black eyes (bit like ones in Strangers)

Sorry, bit vague, anyone know:)

I see where Dr Z is coming from; was the girl dressed in a mostly yellow leotard, and black stockings or thigh boots? (Got but not yet watched Watchmen.)
