Caliper Paint

Featured Replies

Is their anywhere to buy the standard caliper colour from? My calipers are tatty looking and i wanna re do them and like the standard colour too much to change them

Cheers

ebay, do a search on here for hammerite and there is a guy that sells the smooth stuff. It should give you his link on here

I bought some and just waiting for a good weekend to sort them

I don't know where you can get OEM paint from. Its colour is named Mintz Green.

I think most people on here use ordinary Hamerite (Smooth Green not Dark Green), However I've been told it's hard to get hold of and I'm still not convinced it will handle the heat. The alternative is Folia Brake Paint kits which obviously are heatproof.

Had hammerite smooth yellow on my old fiesta st500 and it handled the heat fine

Will try source some smooth green

Thanks guys

Been using Smooth Green since 2003, never fails.

However today I used silver to keep with the monochrome look :)
