Alarm problem 2004 Octavia Tdi

Featured Replies

Wonder if someone can help.

My alarm keeps going off on my 2004 Skoda 1.9Tdi. I think there may be a problem with one of the door sensors.

I've got it booked into the garage for monday morning, but in the meantime I was thinking that it might be better to disconnect the alarm altogether - for the sake of my own sanity and that of the neighbours!

Any tips/ideas - Anyone know where the fuse for the alarm is located - if it's on the main fuse board does anyone know which numbered fuse it is? Or perhaps there's an alternative you might be able to suggest for a short-term fix....Perhaps the location of the door sensors themselves.... not where I thought they would be!

any help would be much appreciated

cheers
