What things should i look out for rust spots ect ???

to be honest mate as there still new cars theres not alot to look for, just check usual really and history also make sure the cambelts been done if over 60,000.

also might be worth doing a quick search for common faults and checking them too!

The only thing that is wrong is no 4. How can a 2004 Silver Fabia be a 'Special Edition'? Only 2007 Blue ones were called SE. It's interesting to see the prices as mine is a 004/04 Fabia with about 60K on the clock.

I hope that's not your home postcode on those adverts, if so please change it and repost them for privacy/security reasons. Also it looks like link no 5 does not work.

Rust spots? They don't rust mate, unless they ain't been looked after properly.

Mine has rushed just down by the front of the rear wheel arch, right at the bottom, if that makes sense?

That said, its tiny (1cm at most) and right down by where it's gonna be hit by stones. It also has some rush by the driversside rear window. However, it is a 2001 car, so a fair bit older than any vRS. Also, I dunno how well it was looked after for the first seven years of its life, so it could just be neglected.

Also check the console bushes, as these are a weak spot on all Fabias.

the 06 or 55 plate ones look good... others look a bit pricey for mileage and age

LInk number 4 is defo not an SE i have one they were only ever made in Race Blue, also looks like two different colours or is it just the light reflection might have been involved in a RTC i would stay well clear of that one if i were you

i spoke to the guy with the 06 and he said there is a scuff on the rear bumper so im getting him to send me some pics  the 55 looks nice and clean but im just a littel funny about buying traders unless its a big garage  i have found and phoned this guy but its only got 1 months mot 6 months tax looks good and its low mileage but i think the price is a bit high what do yous think its worth ?? i was thinking about 6k with 1 yr mot ??

Go for one with cam belt changed and FSSH. As above some of them are not listed properly.
