Cheshire NHS paramedics Skodas

Featured Replies

New shape facelifted Octavia estates, but they seem to have been debadged.

Are they vRS's I wonder?

Haven't managed to get close up to one to have a shuffties, as they are always doing about 100mph when I see one.

Look very 'visual' anyway, and good choice probably.

The Octavia estates they have round here are the Scout. They look quite smart really.

saw one yesterday going at some pace into Chester , couldn't tell whether it was a VRS or Scout though

Durham police are currently running black un-marked octy vRS estates and they are all de-badged , seen them a few times now

Northampton have some nice Blue vRS estate paramedic cars.

The paramedics here in Sheffield have started getting Octy Scouts all debadged mind but with some other extras fitted like external power points etc.....

There's one parked up outside a house round the corner from us every so often in the evenings. Must be someone calling home for their meal break or on-call etc...

Cheers

Dave.

I think they are too low to be a Scout tbh. Go like stink though all the same.;)

Strange how the rozzers don't seem to fancy them around here though in;it?

Just take a look at the front or rear end and you'll be able to tell if it's a scout or not by the bumpers / trim.

They are so damned quick though, honestly.

One came down our road this lunch time, which took me by suprise as it's a fairly quiet side street, but I had to leap onto the pavement to make way for it. :P

I'll specifically look at the bumpers next time. Defo no vRS badge on the grille.:rotz:

The scouts have a silver trim across the underside of the bumpers.... For when they go off-road etc... Easy to spot.

Nah. Don't think they are the Scout tbh.

These things have the new headlights and different grille. Can;t say i noticed the quite distinctive silver trim either tbh, and I'm fairly sure they have the more square fog lights too, which would rule out the vRS then too I suppose.

I'm even starting to womder if they are the new Superb estate now. Has it even been released yet?

Well the local GoTo doc round here who operate some 'Rapid' response paramidic style cars has a few st220 estats and at least 1 vrs estate as well.

So i would expect that the nhs would have the same
