You should have it on a little credit card sized piece of card in the service book.

If not, a local car hi fi specialist/repair centre will see you right for a fee.

Price... keep it and then put it back in when you sell

I was quoted £25 to £35 for the code retrieval, went to my local dealer and paid £12 for them to hook it up to the network and get the code. (they will charge you how long it takes them, so make sure you have the serial number to hand to make the job as quick as possible)
