The torque setting on the bolt will not create any difference in terms of Vibration.

Unfortuantely we found in the past that this bush really is not suitable for the 1.4TDI. Due to the way that the 3 cylinder TDI's are balanced it will cause quite a lot of increased vibration.

I do believe the guys at superpro have been working on a specific insert bush for the 1.4TDI's but as of yet this is not a production model.
