Hi all, I am pleased to have joined the forum. I've owned a number of skoda's: 3 fabia's to date and got my wife an automatic octavia a few months back which I think is a great car.

Having been ill and gotten a medical payout, I erred on the 'dark side 'and bought an Audi TT roadster. Great car to drive, but got fed up with little niggles and high running costs.

Have just purchased an '05 VRS which is really what I've wanted for a long time, but never got round to it. Getting it hopefully wednesday, and then let the fun begin!

Only concern is those light coloured seats! Think I am going to steam clean mine to try and get rid of slightly grubby look, but would rather get hold of the leather ones I have seen occasionaly. Are they available from somewhere?

Any tips on owning the VRS gratefully received!

Mike

Thanks for the welcome - it's a Fabia VRS. Frustrated waiting for funds to clear so I can go pick it up!
