this is what i've just finished building, wanted to style it my way but after a while of arsing around i decided that some other folks efforts were just a lot better so i bought the paint design

this car has got me in the top 3% of the 1/4 mile drag racing, i'm currently sitting at 82nd with 8.992 secs

mine is coming down now i am messing with the settings,trouble is i'm also trying to perfect the drift settings on my lexus too,i can spend hours tinkering and testing,now i have a target to aim for:D

it all goes by car class, my datsun is a class R3 and they are the only cars i have seen on the leaderboard.

i tried with my class A subaru and ended a lot further down the board, i cant remember what car was at the top of that list.

I only started playing this game yesterday and did 2 races in season mode in my little sky blue Fiesta!!

You realise quickly that the bug does NOT like corners, with catastrophic understeer the moment you go near the throttle. You make up for it on the straights though, especially the old Le Mans circuit sans chicanes I did wonde rif it was possible to reach the car's real top speed as that requires tweaked settings in real life.

You also get the FXX which is an awesome performer and absolutely drama free. Compared to the free Risi F430 it's a breeze, although the knife-edge handling of that beastie is a lot of fun

A stock FFX is currently mullering the R3 World Championship for me!

It's much much easier to drive than the woeful R3 Holden touring car, although the BMW M3 GT2 and the Ferrari F430 are much better.

Also "quick upgraded" my Mine's R34 Skyline to be R3 competitive. Although the extent of the upgrades appear to go as far as give the car 950bhp and that'll do

Same here .. nearly! Only started playing it on Friday and I'm blown away by how good it is. They've really hit the nail on the head for the handling model, difficulty, cars, upgrades, etc.

Only thing missing is the ability to quick-match play the lower class cars I think?

I've already got myself a nice lightened AWD 320bhp Porsche 944 Turbo at C500, although I'm really struggling to keep up with it. Looks cool though

There are pages & pages & pages of unhappy people on the official Forza forums complaining about it, although tye are supposed to be getting to the stage where they update the available pre-set game options weekly and adding in the lower class cars to the proceedings (maybe)

I think you have to upload it to your storefront, then grab it from the net. Not sure if it allows direct saving to USB

Here's my poor imitation of an RWB style 944 - the first car I've properly built and tuned. Made a load of suspension changes yesterday and it has gone from being a proper handful to being properly fast!!!

Only thing that's annoying me now is the regularity with which I get punted off at bends by other drivers. Seems to be common practice to nudge people off into the gravel/wall/barrier during a corner and then fly off into the distance. Even happens on straights during close racing ... annoying.

Decided to do a bit of free driving last night and explore a few of the cars available to drive but oddly my first choice was to race round in the Mk6 VW Golf GTi and then the Focus '09 RS!! Even have my GF getting into the game as well and last night we decided to both race in the Focus '09 RS around different circuits to see who was the better racer!! She was too impressed when i made her spin off the track after i gave the rear a nudge!!
