Sony Minidisc player/recorder (full size one, model escapes me at the moment)

IKEA OPPLI stand to put it all on.

Panasonic TH42-PZ81B Full HD Plasma TV,

Nice TV that

Intelligent Frame Creation on or off?

All great Setups here

Hopefully getting new stand soon (black glass one) :)

We're so out of date!

7 year-old CRT 32" widescreen TV

PS2

Wii

Chipped XBOX1 with 250Gb HDD as DVD player and media player

Surround sound but rear speakers aren't connected since SWMBO moved the TV around :P

Doesn't bother me as I'm deaf in one ear so only hear in mono!

Mine:

A pair of Meridian DSP5000

Sony 28" CRT

PS3

IFC=Off, I dont like the artificial motion it induces and the strange way fast panning shots work with it on. Also when watching football the IFC gets confused and the ball tends to judder and dance around the pitch.

I have had the TV since they first came out last year, and still I think the picure is better than a lot of TVs out there today.

some Samsung 50" 1080p Plasma

Onkyo 506 receiver (brother wants to swap it for something like a 606)

SKY+ HD

PS3

360 Elite with HDDVD drive

cheapo eltax floor standers (bi-wired) fronts

some (fairly old) AE monitors for rears

an MS centre that I don't know the model number of

a sub

all in/on a super classy vistron glass stand

semi-decent speakers is something I'd like to look at sometime...

Just got rid of my old Yamaha 5.1 Amp.

Put my Samsung 37" LCD on the wall and got hold of a Yamaha YSP-800 soundbar.

I also have Sky HD, Sony upscaling DVD recorder, Xbox 360 with HD DVD drive and a Wii. All connected via HDMI or Component.

Very happy with the soundbar and don't miss having separate speakers and more wires. I used my old yamaha sub with it to give the bass a better sound.

Got this today.. it was very very easy to setup!.. plug it into usb, tell the app what AV kit you have and thats pretty much it.

its based around "activites"... eg watch a DVD, Watch TV etc and it will switch the relevent devices on to their correct inputs. it even has the settings for my xtreamer!

They're great, I've got a 555 and it's so easy to program and use. Not quite as flash or flexible as the Philips Pronto I had before but I used to spend far to much time programming it and drawing icons.

Must take a pic of the nice shiny new Samsung Series 6 40" LCD we bought ourselves for Christmas :D

Still using an XBOX1 as a media player outputting 720p via a component cable.

It upscales very nicely!

Do the old XBox's play.avi files or do you have to convert them first? I have an Xbox somewhere in the attic.

also, Panasonic 42" PX42-77U for upstairs rigged up to a 10 year old Technics EH750 amp/cd/tape/radio and a cheap and nasty NAXA multi region DVD player (not pictured) that produces a picture only slightly better than decent VHS :S

Heres mine...

Samsung 32inch lcd tv 1080p.

LG network Blueray player.

Bt vision standard def box.

250gb PS3 (New shape)

All this runs through an old Kenwood amp (A-56) Kenwood Graphic Equalizer (GE-560)

and a pair of 2ft tall Kenwood LS-56 speakers I've had since my late teens... They are all that are left working

from a MEGA stacking seperates system that gradually failed one component at a time... The amp, graphic and

speakers are bulletproof though and have even served as a makeshift guitar amp in their time...
