What sort of power would a PD105 Block run without uprating the internals/studs?

Noted ;)

Just been reading on the mkivs and to get to this level of power out of a PD100.

My ATD is putting out about 200bhp. Spec list below:

130/150bhp intake manifold

130/150bhp pressure converter

130/150bhp airbox lid (smoothed)

130/150bhp MAF and MAF housing

130/150bhp intake flex piping

150bhp Aluminium Turbo Intake pipe

150bhp MAP sensor

R32 DSG intake snorkel

Allard EGR blanking pipe

Turboback Milltek discreet exhaust with large bore downpipe

Garrett GT1749VB 150bhp Turbo

130/150bhp fuel injectors

Silicon Vac and boost pipes

Eurojet front mounted intercooler

Im starting to think i may need a larger inlet manifold?

I was going to suggest pd150 goodies, not quite to this extent though. Surprised nobody mentioned it earlier, it's the natural choice i would have thought.

Firstly the PD130/150 engine is built stronger than the PD100/105/115 engine. The PD105 will map to 160bhp, i know this for a fact but as browny says it will take it's toll on components such as turbo for a start.

A dutch tuner has taken the pd100 to over 300bhp using special bolt-on bits - standard bottom end. :) Runs 318 "race" tune and a daily tune of about 280bhp. The top end is anything but stock though - ported head, hi-flow injectors, race camshaft, tubular exhaust manifold, 2260vk turbo and probably something else I have forgotten too.

Solution to headbolts = use PD150 ones. Perfectly adequate for big power.
