I am about to change my disks and pads on my VRS (53 plate) and I'm not sure which pads I need to get? Does the VRS require the pads with the low warning sensor or not as I have been quoted for both?

Yes you should get the ones that include the wear sensor. Note that only the inboard pad of the front nearside brake has the wear sensor, and this is the only place with the wiring for the sensor. All the other pads look normal.

pads you need are part number 1J0 698 151 M, this should help when ringing factors etc
