Hey i'm just wondering what is the best company to get a remap for my Fabia Vrs is. I live about 40 miles north of inverness. Who would e the best person to do this??

Ben @ Sharkperformance is doing a group buy for the STS unit and they are the dogs danglies,i am also north of inverness and that was one of the reasons for going for this ,you won't be disappointed .

I live just North of Aberdeen and got Custom Coded in Aberdeen. It's a very nice smooth map so if your ever down this way and want to see what it feels like I could take you out for a spin.

Thanks fikes, yes the STS is on offer until the end of December which allows you to apply the map yourself which saves you travelling anywhere

Jim @ Star Perfromance in Fife mapped my car. I know it's not exactly local, but IMO is the best place in Scotland, Jim's experience and reputaion is immense and the car's set-up on the rolling road, so you know exactly what you've got. Also his prices are very fair I think. I'm going back there very shortly for a custom map. I've got no problem in travelling the distance for the pleasure

Hey thanks for your input gs. In the end I went to Star Performance In Kirkcaldy. Great service really friendly guys there. I honestly couldn't be happier with the remap. £250 later and the Fabia has now got 170hp and 295ft/lbs of torque. Best money I ever spent!! I'm going bacdown soon to get her serviced soon!!

Haha, yeah that's my baby. Well one mirror's chequered anyway, the other one's still black. Hmmm... probably have seen you about, a black '06 plate vRS?!

I thought that was you. Yeah thats me, not really got much done to it at the mo cosi've only had it a couple of months but its getting there.

Yeah he's a great guy, I'll defo be going back when things progress a bit further.
