I would have thought that if a Fabia could beat a Cooper around a track then it could also beat a Sportka, are Mini's not meant to be the best handling Superminis on the road?

People we are missing one fundamental point here. The 'test' was conducted by a LOCAL rag, and probably by some spotty office junior trying to be the new Jeremy Clarkson. Take it with a pinch of salt.

i think the point has to be this....

we all enjoyed the rave reviews of the fabia vrs in various recent mags (some of which i personally took with a pinch of salt). we must also accept what other people may say about 'our' car. WE all know its a cracker , who cares what everyone else thinks!

but we shouldn't assume the guy who wrote it is a muppet just cos he doesnt agree with what we think.
