What is the best sealent to use for sealing up the leaky doors?

Unibond 3 in 1 sealant and adhesive from Homebase, £9.99 IIRC. It will set even if surfaces are wet/damp. The door carriers are zinc plated, so silicon based sealants don't stick to the carrier very well.
