Fabia Battery

Featured Replies

I want to recharge the battery on my 2006 Fabia and have been told in the past to remove caps whilst doing this. Unfortunately the caps are not accessible due to electrical fitting on top of battery. I can access terminals to connect charger which is a 5 amp charger. Do I need to remove caps?

I've recharged my battery from completely flat insitu with no problems. I just set the charger to "sealled"

Thanks for the quick reply but my charger doesn't offer any options.

Battery has safety vents so no need to remove cell caps.

If theres no sealed option on the charger, set it to low 12v charge :)
