It does apparently require some drilling, but all fittings are supplied.

The OP says it took him 10-15mins to fit it, but of course I can't

vouch for that til I fit one myself...

As he says, it finishes off the footwell nicely....

He's the original purveyor of these who came up with the fitment and design, originally for the Golf Mk5 and Octy 2 - I can certainly vouch for the quality as I bought one for the Octy but never got round to fitting it. Very nice laser cut high-grade stainless steel.

I wont be at the RR day, any chance you could tell me how to take the footrest out? Or do you drill it in the car?

ah lovely, i presume the footrest is hollow and does not have anything in/behind it that i could drill into ahhaha don't fancy explaining that one to a garage
