PS front bumper is of due to te work on front APR carbon stress bar

It was mentioned for Golf 4 and I can't close the hood, so there is some AutoCad drowing and CNC machining in progress for holders to be lower and to allow the hood to be closed.

Hi wait for the bumper on and headlights upgrade for the chrome ones devil eyes from superskoda.com. i PLANED TO PUT INTO THEM ALSO PROJECTOR XENON HEADLAMPS BUT IT WILL BE HARD-THEY CHANGED BULBS IT SEEMS TO ME FROM h4 TO h7 BUT WE WILL SEE.

Than it will be AS I WANTED FROM THE BEGINING-LOOKING LKE NEW CAR

(REAR LIGHTS ARE PAINTED N RED AND CLEAR LACK OVER IT, AND MOST IMPORTANT WILL BEDASHBOARDS TACHORINGS CHROME (PLASTI ONES AND WAITING FOR POLISHED ss,AND ADHESIVE SMALL ONES FOR ARROWS ETC)

solved the problem wih the grille. Might wor for your future work to.

It is best to use windsheld glue. I cleaned surfaces with Standox degreaser, than used primer activator d at least shield glu.

Used some duct tape to hold all togeter for a 2 days. Firts day I did put only a fngernail amount of glue only to the pints U shape that are the only ones on painted part that contacts to the chrome one limiting depth of chrome part entrance to th painted part.

Than it looked to small for me so I reversed it and did put lot ( 2 fingerbrath ) beside skoda sign and at the lateral ends where plastic was broken to remove ribs and also on the opposite side of skoda sign along almost all lenght.

It holds lie crazy now.
