Picked this up today.

A 52 plate Toyota MR2 with 97k on the clock.

Hard top and red leather seats as extras but otherwise pretty standard.

Engine management light on already so back to the dealer tomorrow - fingers crossed its nothing major.

Hi Matthew,

I must admit it was the looks of the MR2 that swayed me towards one rather than an MX-5. Although to be fair I preferred the interior of the MX-5.

Unfortunately, I've only managed a few miles in it so far. I was in Scotland on a business trip for three days earlier in the week, and then its been back in the garage that I bought it from to sort the engine management light problem out. Apparently it needed a new oxygen sensor fitting which was done yesterday.

Anyway hopefully sorted now - I'll be picking it up again later this morning - so fingers crossed for some decent weather!
