You are doing it right! The big Skoda Octavia II picture thread!

I see you had over-heating problems as well. I will soon remove fog lights as well :-D

Does making holes under plate makes any difference? There is steel behind the bumper anyway.

For some reason mate, my car barely ever hits 90•C on track. No idea what has made this the case but... [emoji15]

My pads are horrendously sensitive to overheating, so every little helps!

Be happy chief - my car was hitting 125deg C on alpine roads as I've written there. But it was partially my fault :-D

Now, my oil temps didn't go over 113deg C even if EGT was constantly at 600-850deg C. I guess it is caused by high speeds and lower load on track compared to steep alpine roads and low speeds.

If you drive constantly over 100km/h - it is hard to over heat oil. No matter how hard I push my car on normal roads with few ascends - oil temp doesn't go over 100deg C.

Did you improve air flow through air vents?

Did you remove useless dust covers?

Did you buy drilled high-carbon steel disc?

Did you install ducting to bring air right to the calliper?

New wheels fitted.....now she needs a subtle lowering!

As a side note anyone know how much I could expect to get for a set of 18" Neptunes?

How do you turn wheels under hard cornering?

It isn't problem, wheels rotate just as at a standard height :)

How you find the ride compared to the 16's?

It feels more stable because of ET , it feels any bumps you take on the road.

Anyway i cannot tell you a proper opinion because with 16 i drove only 1000 km then i switched with 17.

Have you fitted a rarb or is the suspension completely stock?
