Seen on numerous Audis and Mercs , one white octavia, and I thought what the Hell, the grill stuck out like a sore thumb after I had the roof done, and one of the guys there had a new shape scooby sti, same colour as mine with his chrome grill black and his lights done, I thought in for a penny in for a pound, it does look better in the flesh as on the pics the grill looks same colour not metallic,cheers for the comments, as I said earlier a bit marmite with the grill, but had 4 strangers ask me about the car since 4 this afternoon. New style badges ordered ,putting front and rear and wheel centers, Stacey at Dm Keiths is ringing me as soon as she gets them in, ( week 22 of build model Octavia apparently )

They do look darker on pics than in real life,( it was 9.15 pm) and the other wraps are metallic so look 100% better in flesh, every man and his dog has them coded wanted to be different, but I understand it is Marmite to most people , Cheers Alan

Colour coded grille is best IMHO unless you are going the full Monty and doing the bonnet in black as well?

I like the lights though ........and they arnt as dark as they appear on the pictures

Just my opinion I know but we have been asked around 10 times this yeah to photometrically check 'tinted' rear lamps that have come off cars which have been driven into the back of, safe to say they all failed ECE legal scans and checks........... :yes:

Also I notice you have tinted your Reflex Reflectors, again not good, when the car is parked you have every chance of people not seeing your motor and potentially driving into the back of it.......

Sound a little old saying these things but obviously it's what I do from 9-5, having said that it's your motor, I do like the roof and B-Pillars though.........

I think wheels and the stripe work, but for me, a matt or gloss black grille would be better.

It's a no from me on the light and reflector tinting Alan, based on safety grounds really.

Like the contrast the grille surround gives, against the black roof

Thanks for comments good or bad, the tints on lights as Chris has said are Much lighter than the pictures, the reflector looks black on the pics when it certainly is not ,and Simon I never street park only on the driveway at home, and car parks reverse in , if I ever leave on an unlit road( never have done) I would leave the lights on for that side

Love your car Brimma, like the gold coachline and the wheels, but as has been said the grille surround is too much for me (but then it's not my car of course!). Think it would look better with the badge as it is (in gold - looks smart) but the surround done black.

I think the white makes them look even more massive than they are what about smoked chrome as an option?

If you get bored of the white, I think a gunmetal colour would look great.

Alan with your permission, I would very much like to have my wheels refurbished in smoked chrome - they will be fitted to a Black Magic estate so no fear of copying. Obviously being a superior colour and body style this could cause issues but hey ho. :p
