Yeti Video -a woman's view

I notice she didn't try to parallel park it. ;) Good review though.

thanks Tom,

excellent vid, almost like listening to Mother

Kids getting into the boot reminded me how as a child I often travelled around in the boot of a Ford Capri II; good place to have a sleep or watch the sky go by :giggle: Those were the days; no mandatory seatbelts, airbags, ESP etc. :S

TP

Amazing that she managed not to crash. How often did she actually look at the road ahead? It was even mentioned not taking her eyes off road when fiddling with the set!

Since when has the 1.8TSi been turbo charged AND supercharged (36 seconds in)? I guess she got a little confused whilst looking for somewhere to hang her handbag :giggle:

I would keep your head down now lol :giggle::giggle::giggle:

let's face it she's better than Clarkson!

not such a good review of the X1

I have occasionally wondered why, if we are not allowed to use a mobile phone or eat a packet of crisps whilst driving, that it can be ok for someone to drive along doing a piece to camera? This isn't a complaint and long may video reviews of cars continue but there would seem to be an inconsistency in the law would there not? Perhaps by law you aren't supposed to make tv whilst driving but if that were the case then surely a tv company would have been prosecuted by now. Maybe after the first fatality......

That wasn't a very cheery end to my post, what else can I say, oh yes, the review was very positive so thanks for the linkemoticon-0148-yes.gif

The two tone interior trim in that X1 reminds me of late 70's Fords (and that's not necessarily a good thing on a 00's BMW!)

Same as talking to a passenger, innit?

Is that still allowed?

Is that still allowed?

Only if they're in the same car as you.
