Yeah, assuming you'd tidied it up a bit after the pics, which you said you had, I suspect it would look alright. If theres not too much heat transfer then you could cut a channel in the polystyrene thing that sits there and you'd be none the wiser!

Here are some updated pics , ive sprayed the tailpipes black as they looked scruffy after a couple of thousand miles of soot on them and also the bottom of the bumper to stop any blackness. The boot has now been sealed with a stainless cover and covered in acoustic carpeting,and the origional polystyrene oddment tray cut down to fit.Ive run this for a couple of weeks now and have not had a]ny problems with heat transfer or fumes and have even had a carbon monoxide detector in the boot to make sure.

I was chattin to Charlie at Pro Speed the other day and he said to do the tails either side they would take a 2.5" pipe into a back box with a 3" expansion pipe in and a baffle/splitter in it so the gasses go evens to each then a 2.5" pipe out and around the Front/ Back (dependin on how you look at it) of the spare wheel well and down the side of it and out.

if only I had the money lol, Id get a std bumper wi reverse sensors in and have it cut for 2 nice ovals with the Milotec splitter in there too............
