Well I've seen it all now! Wending my way to work this morning south along the A1, at Buckden I noticed an unmarked police car parked on the roundabout heading north with blue lights flahing in the grill, that's a familiar looking front end I thought , and as I was in the queue approaching the roundabout he pulled away north. It was a Superb II in what looked like steel grey metallic, reg no. BX59MVH (moderators am I allowed to do that?) crewed by what I presume is one of Cambridgeshires finest - flack jacket, radio and all! Are old bill trading up from Volvos & Beemers I wonder. Altough I have seen an unmarked Octy estate down the A14 occasionally. Given the relative scarcity of Superbs it ain't exactly gonna blend in and be anonymous is it?

Yep ive seen a few unmarked old bill here in ireland driving them!

The Danish police has chosen the Superb 3.6 as their fastest car - both marked and unmarked.

I haven't seen any yet.

Superbs are not that rare around here.

P.S.N.I also use skodas, I've seen a number of octavias both marked and unmarked.

Rosso Brunello, Dont think it was traffic, blacked out windows all round, Lights in the front grille and one in the windscreen!, And it was Diesel!, This was spotted in Dublin

I haven't seen the dark metallic unmarked Mondeo which used to operate in the Huntingdon/St Neots area of the A1 for quite a while, so perhaps it has been replaced by the Superb II?

It's not very fair is it....you might be giving your vRS the beans only to find there's one behind you with some lights hidden away. Fair play to them buying something decent though !
