ive just tried to put a post in the parts for sale section and it will not let me post in this section,any ideas why

Hello. The ability to post items for sale is limited to Freedom members only. IIRC £12 per year and allows access to other areas too. Believe more details are under the subscriptions menu above.

What I want to know is

Some people selling cars have WHY on the ads either after no swaps or relucatnt sale.
