Service In Kent

Featured Replies

I am unhappy with the service/warranty work at my local dealer in T-Wells.

Recommendations for dealers in the locality please.

I am coming up to 1 year service, and 20,000 mile. Also need some warranty work done.

Dutton Forshaw Maidstone seems to be nearest ????? any good ???.

Used them for a service on my Octy.

When you pick your car up, you get a bag with a pair of plastic gloves, and a throw away paper funnel , to top up your oil. As you get the remaining oil that did not go into your car that you have paid for. ( e.g if you pay for 6 litres and only 5,5 goes in , then you get the 0.5l )

Found the service professional, and courteous. Seemed to deal with customers in a clinical and sterile way.

If you need a loan car, take your drivers licence and insurance details.

My local is friendly as well as courteous.

Dutton Forshaw very good for after sales etc etc, however, found Caffyns in Ashford cheeper.. if you don't know it's near J10 M20 on the orbital site near the drive-thru maccy dees.

On queries etc i've always found Dutton Forshaw quite helpful but have never used them for servicing etc.

I use Caffyns in Ashford for my servicing and they are quite reasonable price wise and have always been very friendly and knowledgeable (even pick my car up from home in Canterbury for servicing / warranty work and deliver it back in the evening  ). They have never given me any problems with warranty work and dealt with replacement coil packs, replacement front seat covers and various other niggles without any issues. :)

Guys how about looking on the dealer review section ;)
