Fabia 2007 windows

Featured Replies

2007 Fabia electric windows not working with switches or door key. Eventually removed switch block from drivers door sprayed in a switch cleaner and was fine for 2 weeks but failed again. Tried cleaner again but no luck. Disconnected battery for a couple of minutes but no good. Does not work off door key either. Door lock button ok. PLEASE ANY IDEAS AS IT IS DRIVING ME CRAZY. THANKS>>>

Most likely the switch if it worked for a while after spraying it .

Feared as much. Wouldn't happen to know a stockist ? Tried internet but came up blank. thanks for reply.

The electric windows died on my Fabia all at the same time. They worked intermittently for a while and then just seemed to die forever. A new drivers side window motor solved the problem.

a couple of the switches failed on the clio i had. simple swap for second hand ones and they worked fine. got my second hand ones from the scrap yard, nice and cheap, might be worth a try ;) hope that helps a little, even though its not a skoda related experience!
