What joe is saying if you buy the ap coilover kit you want need to worry about helper springs as they don't come with the kit anyway

Generally the budget kits allow you to go lower then the higher end kits.

Not the lowest fabia but it is on 17s. Setup is: 17" spiders, 205 stretched tyres, weitec ht coilovers, front half way down and back full down (adjusters are still there!)
