Lowered +/-30mm on Eibach Springs and standard shocks - in the Mt St Micheal picture the boot was loaded with several cases of french supermarket beer so it looks even lower :giggle:

Lowered as low as it'll go without removing adjuster cups and helper springs on coil overs

Dirty car however and has been cleaned and changed ever so slightly

Weitec hicon gt coilies - rear is aparently as low as it would go. front has more but i want to keep my sump. if you saw my drive you would understand  i love how it handles, bit bumpy at times but you get used to it and i dont really give one aslong as it looks and corners well!

i guess this picture doesnt do the ride height too much justice as you cant see where the arches end :wonder: just imagine another inch or so from where the reflection ends because of the angle change on the arch shape - if you get me?

big pic here

personally i would save up the extra bit of cash and get coilovers. bonus points to anyone who spots my 30 magic trees yes thirty!! B)

cheers matt, im used to a slightly harsh ride from my ep3 civic so it might not be too bad with coilies, emoticon-0112-wondering.gif

Just remember going much lower than 30mm you risk loosing your undertray... it does hang quite low!

Undertray

More weight that is not needed :D

I've got Weitec Hicon GT coilovers, only lowered bout 60mm at most. I used to have ebay specials on my polo and the Weitecs are like heaven compared to them. Can go alot lower too

my undertray was gone a long time ago, dunno what its for but i took it off and its making quite an interesting feature in my garage at the mo!! Everyone asks what it is, I just tell them its a special hyperspeed sledge that they use in Nepal for transporting berries down the hillside!!!:rofl::rofl:

erm im not quite sure how i would measure bumpyness  i have to slow down for speedbumps put it that way but aslong as the road surface is semi decent its a nice ride, feels very smooth on new tarmac, love that sweeping feeling around corners! its not overly bumpy!

where are you located? if your near to me or another member maybe you could hitch a ride?

i literally LOL'd at that :rofl::rofl:

mine actually stayed on for a year untill it was just hanging on by the front two scews, doing 70 on the a1 was interesting i swiftly took it off after that!

I lost my under tray last weekend. Sat nav sent me down this crater filled hole and bottomed out. More or less ripped it off reversing back out :(

It's now lying in my garden doing nothing lol. Thinking of going lower now it's gone as it's free'd up space under the car haha

All these sweetly lowered fabias and only TWO from this thread are coming to a car show to show them off proudly! heavens! :wonder:

Oh well, may as well show mine

KW V1 coilies - not lowered far (about 40mm I think) due to wheelarch rubbing issues. Prefer wider stance over lower stance.
