I've got the guide for doing this job and followed it to remove screws etc. The problem I have at the moment is removing the door card from the door. It's still attached beside the window and I can't remove it.

Can anyone give me and help as to how to remove it from this part of the door?

This doesn't help directly, but i did mine with the door cards still on as I had the same issue. I just rested the door cards against the seat bolster to keep it out the way, then got on my back up under it to clean and reseal with with roof and gutter sealant

It's quite difficult as me and another forum member had difficulty removing mine! Just give it a wiggle about and it should eventually come off. It does require a bit of patience though! I think someone mentioned that beginning to pull it upwards from where the door release handle is works best, but don't quote me on that!!

Before I read any replies I used the method that cheese suggested. Let's hope that's the endof my puddles on my floor.

I used a long piece of wood and a hammer to knock the cards upwards off the door frame. Took a surprising amount of force to start them moving. Do this at your own risk.
