Should the clock and milage always be visible on the dash?

Featured Replies

I could of sworn that it normally went off after locking the car, but just noticed mine stays on? probably just me being forgetful!

Mine stays on all the time too I think.

It used to go off in my golf IIRC.

My Clock and Mileage Indicator stay on all the time .Dont forget they consume a really small amount of current being LCD.

Yes , they stay on all the time , which I find is handy when perusing second hand Skodas at dealers , you never have to ask the milage , unlike other makes whose odometers go blank when you remove the key from the ignition!
