Or Grind Some Flats on your Socket .. So you can get a Spanner or adjustable on there ...

Thats exactly how i did it when i did mine!

I found that I had a sparkplug socket that was the correct size and had a hex pattern on the top - and a long hex key - used a crow's foot socket on the torque wrench I seem to remember.
