just done the door carriers

Featured Replies

just done the door carriers on the vrs and was surprised how easy it was and im not technically gifted at all (need to wait until it rains to see if it works though lol)

few pointers though:

Be careful of clips on the door card as a few snapped on mine but they still went back in ok somehow and held the door

The speaker cover next to the door handle was very fragile so take care

Dont be afraid to try and do it as i managed it and im the stereo-typical pen pusher lol

used the site favia-vrs.com and went to the technical section for a good guide to help

took me about 45 mins to do

mines in at the stealers tommorow to have the rear doors done..................again, for the third time, free of course, again

my door carrier is on the floor...

I'm in the process of removing everything off a damaged door and putting it all on a second hand door. The new door is on and the glass is masked in, just need to get the handle, carrier and lock back on, fingers crossed ;)

Mine's already been in at the stealers three times and the rear doors are still leaking. Now the weather isn't so cold it hasn't got a problem with misting up, so it's only the rotting carpets I have to worry about until it goes in for a service soon and I ask them to do it yet again.
