Am thinking of painting mine red, any advice gratefully received i.e. what paint should I use?

Smooth Hamerite is what I used for the green.

I'm going to do mine with Red and Green Stripes, Vertical ones

Whilst I applaud anyone who makes the changes they want to their own car to make it exactly as they want (i've done a few, er.. minor tweaks to my own) I actually think the red works really well on a white car, sorry.

Mine's also white, with black mirrors and wheels, so the only "colour" on the car is the red rear lenses and reflectors AND the brake calipers. I would not want to introduce a "new" colour to the look I already have.

02p etc.

There's nothing like a bit of individuality eh? Thanks matey  Just need to get the other two done!!

Edit: I even thought about making them white!!

Leave two green and two red

You only see one side of the car at a time

hehe

through the GB section - i got these

Think I will do mine red to match the car!

OP, Green looks cool. As you say its the Skoda colour

prolfe, yours look cool. Did you apply a seal over the stickers? I did something similar with my old car, but I am thinking of using my green hammerite on the estate, what are peoples thoughts on that?

I was worried they would come off. I prep'd them first stuck them on and then used EGP and let it cure a couple of times, then waxed them

They've been on now for months and survive the weekly wash.

Green with a white car is a good combo IMO.
