In short: What have you done with your 100hp TDi PD, what power gains did you see and how is the economy? I expect 130-130hp, 360nm and a little improvement in economy with my tuningbox but here in Denmark I see excamples of chipped cars with 155hp. What have you got?

My pd100 furby was remapped by Jabba and got something like 145hp and 300nm (it was the first one they had done and i think others have got more from the pd100)

I also ran a tuning box with it and that pushed it up to approx 150hp and 330nm which highlights there was potential for more. It was slightly sooty like this though (ask Jason!) and economy dropped. :eek:

Mine is now "officially" *cough putting out 151bhp and 280 lb/ft - but call it an even 150 anyway. This is thanks to a freeflowing exhaust which helped the tuners extract more out the system, oh, and a green panel filter in the airbox.

My first remap was 154bhp, and that was damn quick, but I had problems with the fuelling on the ECU so had it re-remapped a little gentler.

Mine done today and its 155.2bhp and 381.8NM running big tyres (205/50 15) but at a steady 70mph will do 55-60mpg

:eek: How hard did that hit the wallet? Although to be fair mine handled more or less the same power as that for a very long time before that little over-fuelling issue raised its head.

My clutch wos fooked anyway, when jabba got it out it had very little left on it, cant think how...... The bill was a tad over

Have a tuning box on mine and I'm told it boosts output to 125-130bhp. Not bad for 30 quid
