Im Danny, Drive an 07 Fabia VRS (Brilliant) owned it since october now..

Got a little problem thats annoyin the hell out of me.. basically when im reversing or pullin away my lights go really dim.. then the powersteering cuts out and the powersteering light appears, ive had this problem before but took it back to skoda and they couldnt find any problems, but it stopped doing it for a while - now its out of warranty and i dont fancy getting a bill for them to say they couldnt find anything, anyone else had this same problem?? it also did this on the motorway yesterday when i flashed to let someone in the lane, it often beeps and they doesnt do anything.. any help would be appreciated

Have you read about the steering angle sensor on the site? Although Skoda should have sorted that one out, I'm fairly sure it logs a fault code.
